GhostRoute's pitch: every privacy feature you've heard of, at $2.79/month. Multi-hop routing, Tor-over-VPN servers, obfuscated servers for restrictive networks, and a system-wide ad/tracker blocker that's genuinely effective (blocked 96% of trackers in our test set).
The catch is speed: 71% of baseline on nearby servers is fine for browsing and streaming, but well behind SwiftTunnel. Multi-hop roughly halves throughput — expected, but plan accordingly. The apps cover every platform including a proper Linux GUI, which remains a rarity.
The company publishes a quarterly transparency report and runs a bug bounty; the no-logs audit (2024) is on file. Jurisdiction is privacy-friendly. If your priority is anonymity features per dollar, GhostRoute is the easy recommendation; if it's raw speed, look above.
